Shipping Policy
Shipments are made Monday to Friday. Products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during checkout.
Products are shipped via UPS / Chronopost / Colissimo (indicative timeframe: 10 business days).
Delivery time varies depending on the destination and is given as an indication only.
We send you the tracking number by email so you can track your parcel on the carrier's website.
Posters can be shipped worldwide.
You must provide a valid delivery address.
Shipping costs include packaging, transport costs, and insurance costs.
When you order several products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not indicated on the site), Da Noi A Voi reserves the right to split the shipment. The contribution to processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment. Only shipped items will be charged.
In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you. In this case, and as long as the product has not been shipped, you may still cancel your order.
Inspection upon delivery
All parcels must be inspected in the presence of the delivery carrier upon receipt. Any damage, anomaly, or reservation must be:
- noted in writing on the delivery note,
- and reported to us by email as soon as possible.
In such cases, the parcel must be refused.
Once a parcel has been accepted without reservation, no claim can be taken into account afterward.
Customs duties and taxes
Customs duties and import taxes (such as destination-country VAT) are collected by customs via the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
Da Noi A Voi is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, nor for the payment of these taxes.
