Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund or replacement, at your choice.
After this 14-day period, all sales are considered final.

How to initiate a return:
Please notify us by email at ciao@danoiavoi.com or by phone before sending the item back, and include a copy of your invoice. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
Items returned damaged, altered, or in a condition different from shipment will not be accepted for refund. For this reason, every piece is photographed (dated and timestamped) immediately before packaging, documenting its condition at the time of shipment.
Given the fragile and often unique nature of our pieces, we strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for any return.
