One of Raymond Savignac's most celebrated images, originally created in the 1950s for the Italian vermouth brand Cinzano.
His tipsy zebra mascot — bold, gestural, irresistibly comic — embodies the wit and economy of line that made Savignac the foremost French poster artist of the postwar era. This large-format reproduction was produced by Toppan Press (Japan) as part of their prestigious "100 Best Posters from Europe and the United States" series, with only 200 sets printed for museums and educational institutions worldwide.
Year 1990 (reprint of the original c. 1950s design)
