Frigeco

A monumental original advertising poster — over three metres wide — for Frigeco, the refrigerator brand of the Thomson group. Signed by Raymond Savignac, this is a masterclass in his signature wit: a smiling boy, half-melted into a puddle of ice, cheerfully points to a fully-loaded fridge at −18° and +4°. The gag is instant, irresistible, and perfectly French.

At this scale — 320 × 230 cm — this was designed for railway stations, metro corridors, and large commercial spaces. Finding a Savignac grande affiche of this format in displayable condition is exceptionally rare.

This piece is sold unframed, carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid tube to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
