This is the Belgian lithographic edition of Cappiello's iconic Thermogène poster, printed by Imprimerie Marci, Brussels — one of the official licensed reprints produced during the 1930s–1950s to meet sustained demand across Europe for this celebrated image. An original collector's edition, not a modern reproduction.

The composition remains one of Cappiello's most recognizable: a fire-breathing commedia dell'arte figure emerging from vivid flames, originally created in 1909 to advertise the Thermogène medicated wadding. Bold, theatrical, and instantly legible — a benchmark of early twentieth-century poster art.
